YMS Epic Champs

After winning the MSSL Showcase last month the U15G Club achieved more success at the YMS Epic tournament. On Saturday the girls had to battle through the difficult weather conditions to grind out a 1-0 win over YARDLEY MAKEFIELD SOCCER YMS THUNDER (PAE) and a 3-2 victory over WATCHUNG HILLS NJ ELITE LIGHTNING (NJ). It took a last minute overtime goal in Sundays Semi Final game vs DELAWARE UNION GIRLS 98 ORANGE (DE) to secure their spot in the final where they again faced local rival WATCHUNG HILLS NJ ELITE LIGHTNING (NJ). It was a hard fought battle in hot condition but the girls were able to pull out a 1-0 win to take home the championship.
